Use of the service
The UMOJA RADIO stream, website, podcasts and social content are provided for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not rebroadcast, resell or redistribute our stream or audio without written permission.
Listener submissions
Song requests, shout-outs and messages you send may be read on air or shared on our platforms. Do not submit unlawful, hateful, defamatory or abusive content. We may edit or decline any submission.
Intellectual property
The UMOJA RADIO name, logo, artwork and original programming are owned by UMOJARADIO254. Music played on air remains the property of its respective rights holders.
Advertising
Advertising bookings are subject to a separate written agreement, availability and our editorial standards. We reserve the right to decline any campaign.
Availability
We aim to broadcast 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Streams may be unavailable during maintenance, network issues or events outside our control.
